COMPETITION RULES

CONTEST RULES - "Scratch & Win a Kompel fire pit"

Art. 1 ORGANIZATION

The competition “scratch & win a KOMPEL fire pit” is organized by Brouwerij Kompel bvba with registered office at Acacialaan 14, 3630 Maasmechelen, hereinafter referred to as “the organizer”.

 

Art. 2 DESCRIPTION OF THE MATCH AND PRIZES

From 28/01/2022 one can participate in the competition in the store after obtaining a scratch card after purchase. Per purchase of 4 bottles of 33cl from the total Kompel range, in the participating store, the participant receives one scratch ticket. Action valid on : above ground, underground, prion des fleurs, l'or noir, lager, nostalgia collection.


To win: 50 exclusive fire pits across the participating stores. Promotion valid while stocks last.


This prize is not transferable, replaceable or transferable and will not be paid in cash under any circumstances. If lost, it will not be replaced. The organizer also reserves the right to stop the promotion (early) or possibly to change (the conditions of the) promotion and to replace the prize pool with a similar prize of the same value.

 

Art. 3 PARTICIPATION

Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 may participate. The employees of the organizer and any other person who contributed to the realization of the competition are excluded from participation. Will also be excluded: all persons who cooperate in an organized way, or cooperate in the context of a legal or de facto association, or in any other way, with the aim of increasing their chances of success.

One person may participate as many times as long as stocks last . There are no limits on participation per person.

Incomplete participation will result in immediate exclusion from the competition.

The organizer may at any time exclude a person from participation in the competition for a certain period of time in the event of a violation of any of the conditions of participation or in the event of fraud, abuse, deception, or bad faith participation in the competition. Each participation is personal and cannot be passed on to third parties.

 

Art. 4 DETERMINATION OF THE WINNERS

When scratching the winning ticket, each winner will make an appointment with the participating store regarding the handing over of the fire pit in the store.

The participants accept that the winners will be announced by name on the web page of the organiser/shop and/or social media.

The winner is solely responsible for the use of the prize. They release the organizer from any liability in this regard.

 

Art. 5 RULES AND ACCEPTANCE

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the full competition rules as well as any decision that the organizer may make.

The organizer is not responsible for damaged, lost or delayed entries.

In the event of a dispute or for cases not provided for in these regulations, the decisions of the organizer will be final and not subject to appeal.

 

Art. 6 NOTICES

No form of communication, whether physical or electronic, will be held regarding the conduct of the competition. Except in the case of notification of the winner and request for a copy of the rules. This applies both during the competition and after its conclusion.

 

Art. 7 LIABILITY

The organizer cannot be held liable if the competition has to be adjusted, suspended or canceled due to force majeure or any other reason beyond the control of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the competition rules if this proves necessary for organizational reasons or in case of force majeure. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind that may result from participation in the competition or the award of the prize. In the event of irregularities, including but not limited to errors that occur at the web builder or the organizer itself, the organizer decides autonomously about the way in which the problem is corrected and/or handled. The organizer's decision cannot be contested. Printing, spelling, typesetting or other errors, technical or other problems relating to or as a result of the competition cannot be invoked as grounds for any compensation, obligation or liability on the part of the organiser.
